Our village has services of a gas station, a (licensed) general store, 2 restaurants, a bar/lounge, a chapel and community centre. A firestation and The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 616 is also located in the village.

The Constance & Buckham's Bay Community Centre

Located at 262 Len Purcell Drive, the Constance & Buckham's Bay Community Centre is a multi-purpose recreational facility that serves the entire community. In conjunction with the City of Ottawa, individuals and other organizations provide a diverse range of activities and programs including arts and crafts, recreational sports, physical fitness, and special interest and social activities in a fun and safe environment.

Rent the Community Centre
You can begin a program - there are all sorts of possibilities such as : shuffleboard (already an active program), table tennis, bridge, Tai Chi, Yoga, crafts ... you name it.

The Community Centre is available for event rental - weddings, dances, live performances, comedy nights, special presentations, and live bands. Contact Verna Attwell 613-832-1954 for rental details.

The Legion
