The Constance and Buckham's Bay Community Association (CBBCA) is delighted to offer its versatile spaces for a variety of events. Please review the following information for booking details:
Facility Options
We provide multiple spaces suitable for a range of events, including Meeting Rooms, Event Halls and Sports Facilities. The spaces available for rent are:
Ø Main Hall – Upstairs, bar available upon request, capacity of 202
Ø Multipurpose room – Downstairs, bar available upon request, capacity of 103
Ø Studio – Downstairs, capacity of 32
Ø Commercial Kitchen – Upstairs, must have Food Handlers Certificate and must be able to provide proof of insurance naming the Constance & Buckham’s Bay Community Centre as well as the City of Ottawa
Ø Soccer Fields
Ø Baseball Fields
Ø Outdoor Rink

Reservation Procedure
Follow these steps to secure your booking:
Contact us: Reach out via phone or email to check the availability of your preferred date and space.
Rental Agreement: Complete the booking rental agreement, providing all necessary details, ensure to review and sign the rental agreement. After you have received confirmation from a CBBCA director.
Deposit: Submit the required deposit to confirm and secure your booking.
