Tuesday Morning Library Programs

The Constance Bay Branch of the Ottawa Public Library (located in the Constance and Buckham’s Bay Community Centre at 262 Len Purcell Dr) offers a variety of drop-in and registered children's programs, including themed activities, early literacy events, and family storytimes.

Specific upcoming highlights and regular programs include:

  • Sail the Seven Seas Treasure Hunt: A pirate-themed event where children can create a pirate hat, draw a map, and explore the library.

  • Family Storytime & Stay & Play: Weekly sessions featuring stories, rhymes, and songs for preschool children (ages 0-5), followed by playtime and socializing.

  • Special Guest Events: The branch occasionally hosts high-energy performances, such as action-packed magic shows for kids ages 4+.

Since schedules and registration requirements vary for specialized programs, you can check the full schedule and secure your spots via the Ottawa Public Library Booking Portal.
